The famous Hainan Yeshu Brand Coconut Milk (椰树牌) is one of my favourite Chinese beverages, and here's my homemade version. This Chinese Coconut Drink uses just one ingredient—young coconut—and is so refreshing and sweet, with a strong coconut flavour.
